Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved the hotel's central location in the heart of Madrid, making it convenient to walk to various tourist attractions and surrounded by bustling alleys full of life. The room was cozy and had a lovely view of the internal patio, and the beds were super comfortable. While the service accommodated my request to change rooms, I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't assist with using Netflix on the TV. The dining options had gluten-free choices, but the breakfast was served a bit early for my liking. The facilities were well-equipped, but the room rate could have included Wi-Fi to enhance the overall value for money.
The hotel was a lovely stay with friendly staff and a great location, though the dining options were somewhat limited. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant experience overall.
The hotel is wonderfully located right in the city center, making it convenient to explore various tourist attractions on foot. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary facilities, although the bathroom amenities are quite basic. The service was accommodating at the reception desk, but they fell short of fulfilling my request to use Netflix on the TV. The dining experience offers gluten-free options and serves original dishes. Overall, it's a great location, but the service could use some improvements.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, my request to use Netflix on the TV was not fulfilled. The dining options were great with gluten-free choices available, although it would have been nice to have more dessert selections. Overall, a good value for the money.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable with a nice view of the internal patio. The service was accommodating, although Netflix on TV was a miss. The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet alley yet close to the heart of Madrid. Dining was satisfactory, especially with gluten-free options available. Overall, a pleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was accommodating, although they couldn't fulfill my request to use my Netflix on the TV. The location is central, although it is quite close to a noisy nightclub. The dining options were decent but only available on request. The hotel facilities were satisfying, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay.
